During your 30-minute call your coach will get to know you, your goals, training experience, and lifestyle habits to identify obstacles that may hold you back, and determine an optimal training schedule.
COMPANION APP
Have your coach in your pocket for every workout. We use the CoachRX app to deliver your training program to you. This includes daily workout plans, detailed video demonstrations and progress tracking.
You can easily access your daily routines, review past workouts, and communicate with your coach for guidance. This is a powerhouse fitness tool built to empower you to achieve your goals while staying connected and motivated.
